Base Serviced Apartments operates fully equipped self-contained serviced apartments across Liverpool and Chester City centres, and pride ourselves on offering a ‘real alternative to hotel living’.
We are now recruiting an experienced and committed Receptionist to join the team and contribute to providing excellent customer service to all of our guests. This is a part time, permanent role, based in our Head Office in Liverpool.
As Receptionist, you will work 2/3 days out of 7 (16-24 hours per week), 09:00-17:30 or 10:00-18:30, including weekends and public holidays. You will be involved with all day-to-day reception duties and be a confident communicator, both verbally and written. You will be standards led and have a genuine passion for hospitality, with strong organisational skills.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one years experience as a receptionist in a hotel or service apartment setting. They will be able to work under pressure, have competent IT skills, and a general understanding of hotel reservation systems (preferably Rezlynx).
