Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced reception to support one of our clients in Liverpool - L30 post code. As the holiday season is upon us, we are going to be needing some temporary support. Working office hours across 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday paying 11.44 per hour.
What will you be doing as a Receptionist ?
As a front of hour receptionist, you will be the first point of contact to first impression is key
Meeting and greeting
Signing in and out
Receiving and announcing of visitors
Receiving parcels
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
Ensuring that the reception is kept clean and tidy
Offering any visitors a refreshment
