The Recruitment Co are hiring on behalf of their client based in Liverpool City Centre,
This is a temporary on going position,
Receptionist Required
Working Hours:
30 hours per week over 7 days
Flexible on times - to be discussed at interview
Pay rate:
£12.50 - £15 per hour - depending on experience
The role:
- Act as the first point of contact for allguests, and visitors. Providing general support to visitors,vendors, internal employees,administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Request, review, and submit work orders, bids, and proposals from vendors
- Verify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely manner
Create work orders and assign work orders to the engineering staff, subcontractors, andvendors
? Report on open and closed work orders and check the status of open work orders with theassigned party
Experience Required:
A minimum of two years experience in Reception/Administration
We have an immediate start after successful interview for this position.
