This role will be management of the front desk, welcoming in clients and colleagues, answering the phone and any first hand communications. We are looking for a warm welcoming smile and positive, professional manner. You will be the first person clients greet and speak to, when first impressions count most! Managing the front desk, duties will include: Answering the phone in a professional manner and directing to the right person. Welcome and greet all guests into the building Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office Maintain the reception area to be presentable, stocked up, organised and clean Ordering office supplies, filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
