Receptionist

YoooServ is launching a new serviced office at the new Clarendon Works building in Watford which is due to open in June 2024. We are excited to be recruiting for a new concierge team to help launch our new adventure.

All of our buildings are designed for the future, providing a range of spaces with striking interior design throughout, contemporary low-touch digital technology, a holistic wellbeing-led gym, expansive communal and collaborative areas and outdoor terraces which will also house F&B operators, with other facilities including a café, sleep pods, full concierge service and electric cars.

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Concierge. You will need to be highly collaborative, team player and you love meeting/greeting people from a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Running the reception desk from within the open communal area, including administrating duties while providing superb customer service to all tenants
• A check of the entire floor at the start of each day which would include cleanliness, heating/temperature, re-set of meeting rooms
• Ensure all equipment and appliances are in working order and check for any maintenance issues
• Tending to all tenant requests including services from external suppliers
• Build a good rapport with tenants and resolve any issues quickly to ensure the level of service is maintained
• Smartly presented reliable person - good customer service is key
• Enthusiastic and outgoing by nature while maintaining a professional manner
• Must be confident to undertake tasks outside the initial job role if needed. (All hands-on deck attitude)

Required: Well organised and capable of managing own time well. Good people skills and comfortable meeting new people. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,500.00 per year
