Job description

My client are looking for a Receptionist to join the team following internal promotion

Based in Corby you will provide for administration support for the the senior operations team whilst also supporting other roles within the depot during holidays and sickness.

Strong admin skills working to deadlines

Excellent PC/Systems skills

Excellent Telephone manner

Conscientious with a flexible attitude

Strong Interpersonal/communication skills and organisational skills

Accurate with a high attention to detail

  • Wage analysis to collated
  • Receive, respond and register calls
  • Respond to website enquiries
  • Driver training Admin
  • Create truck files, service contracts/quotes for customers
  • Engineer Analysis reports
  • Admin support for Senior Operations Managers
  • General holiday sickness cover
  • Monthly download of reports and collate information
  • Perform other reasonable duties when required

Salary 23k 26,500k plus excellent Benefits
