We have an exciting role for a Receptionist/Team Assistant to join a Private Equity firm based in Mayfair. Their culture encourages collaboration and there is a close-knit feel within the team. As well as taking pride of the receptionist area, you will also have the opportunity to support a team of investment professionals with executive support.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is high-energy and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. You will be working alongside another Receptionist so it's important you are able to work on your own initiative and part of a team.
THE RECEPTION/TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Management of the reception area
- Screen incoming calls,
- Coordinate food and beverages,
- Confirm daily meetings from Outlook calendar
- Handling general administrative requests
- Managing meeting room calendars
- Arrange cars and couriers
- Ordering of stationery and weekly grocery orders
- Document management and finance administration
- Scheduling meetings
- Processes expenses,
- Arranging travel/accommodation etc.
THE DETAILS:
- Discretionary bonus
- Work hours 8:00am-5:00pm
- Company currently pays 100% of medical, dental, disability and life insurance coverage.
