Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Recruitment Consultant in Hertford. This is a cold desk but we will provide you with positions to fill so you can earn commissions, whilst building your new desk.

Having started in Health and Social Care we are looking to expand in to new industries whilst developing and expanding our healthcare services.

More about the role:

As a Recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for building your own desk and as it grows developing your own team.

You will also be responsible for your team’s development and growth.

Typical work activities can vary but will include a range of the following:

• Complying with good practice recruitment standards.
• Business development
• Internal and external stake holder management
• Taking responsibility for the quality of candidates provided
• Remaining up to date with relevant employment law and regulations.
• Supporting team members to be able to be the best they can and develop their careers.
• To participate in training and be responsible for your own development as well as that of your team.

This is a brand-new cold desk that a confident Recruitment Consultant can take and make their own. You will have full autonomy to develop and grow your desk, with full support given by management. We want to see you succeed, grow, and develop yourself.
