What will you be doing?

Providing an excellent candidate experience

  • You'll take the lead in guiding candidates through their first interactions with our company
  • Ensuring information is accurate on our CRM
  • Processing new job applications
  • Filtering and cascading information internally
  • Enriching each candidate profile with additional information
  • Carrying out initial video interview screening
  • Supporting candidates with the interview process
  • Keeping candidates updated with each stage of the recruitment process

Supporting us with projects

  • Identifying efficiencies and improving processes
  • Utilising the latest technological advancements
  • Ensuring we meet our compliance obligations
  • Obtaining testimonials from candidates and clients
  • Updating marketing copy
  • Promoting our brand and core values
  • Supporting our charity of the year

What will you bring?

  • Experience of managing projects
  • Tech savviness and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to build relationships and challenge positively
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a positive and professional attitude
  • A working style which thrives in fast paced environment
  • Willing to travel to our South Queensferry HQ for a minimum of 2 days/week
