MMP Consultancy is currently recruiting for an HR & Recruitment Assistantrole on behalf of a college based in Northampton on a Permanent contract.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: Business Support Band 5 ( 21,660.00 - 22,272.00 per annum)/Band 6 ( 23,031.00 - 24,123.00 per annum) dependent on experience
Responsibilities:
- Align the onboarding process for new employees with Safer Recruitment guidelines and adhere to best practices.
- Keep and manage recruitment records, ensuring that recruitment and selection information is stored following GDPR and retention policies.
- Support the HR & Recruitment Officer in coordinating and actively participating in recruitment events and job fairs aimed at attracting talent to the College.
Requirements:
- Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
Additional information below:
- 33 days annual leave, including 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part-time)
- A maximum of 5 College closure days (pro rata for part-time)
