REMOTE working Accounts Payable Clerk (MS Dynamics 365)

Marc Daniels are recruiting a REMOTE WORKNG Accounts Payable Clerk to join a large, well-known company based in London.

This role will aim to support the wider Finance team with the management of the purchase to payment cycle and supplier relationships.

This role offers REMOTE WORKING.

THIS IS AN INTERIM CONTRACT (3 MONTHS, MAY BECOME PERMANENT)

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING MS DYNAMICS 365

YOU MUST BE ON A SHORT NOTICE PERIOD (1 WEEK MAX)

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and posting supplier invoices
• Performing supplier statement reconciliations
• Report accurate aged creditors.
• Responding to queries both internally and externally in a professional, timely manner.
• Prepare weekly payment.
• Assist with bank reconciliations in multiple entities and currencies
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience of supplier and bank reconciliations using an ERP
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP / Pivot Tables
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a requirement
