Issuer Services (ISV) operates in both the Debt Capital Markets and the Bank Debt Market, working with a broad spectrum of clients globally. Regular contact will be maintained with a wide variety of diverse customers, requiring the jobholder to be flexible, proactive and up to date on current market activities and practices.
The jobholder will be a Transaction Management Associate who is expected to take responsibility for their assigned tasks and workload and escalate issues where appropriate. They will be responsible for the review and negotiation of transaction documents that will bind ISV to contractual duties; good risk management and negotiation skills, an eye for detail and an ability to anticipate issues as they arise is essential.

In this role you will:
- Review and negotiate documentation for new repackaging transactions, including legal and operational requirements to HSBC’s standards
- Actively consult with origination, servicing and legal teams and identify potential problematic areas for resolution
- Work pro-actively with clients to ensure consistently high service delivery
- Onboarding of new transactions, account opening and management of ongoing compliance certificates
- Assist with CASS RP testing, ensuring the retrieval pack is up to date and documents required under CASS 10 are available within the time limits specified
