The insight will tell the story of the theatre sector, support achieving advocacy priorities and help to address workforce issues and other member priorities. It will facilitate improved business planning for us and our members. You will manage the data collection processes through existing systems and develop new systems and processes where necessary. You will undertake primary research and work in partnership with external consultants and agencies, using quant and qual methods where appropriate.
You will interpret trends and themes identified in data into accessible and practical information, suitable for reporting to a range of internal and external stakeholders and identify additional sources of existing data that could be useful to our sector, including tourism data, wider economic and workforce trends.
