The role The Residential Life Department is seeking to appoint a Residential Life Deputy Manager (Wellbeing) to work on a 4 on 4 off night shift rota. What will you be doing? A member of the Residential Life Team reporting to a Residential Life Duty Manager whose core remit is to ensure that teams of Residential Life Wellbeing Coordinators are well supported on each shift across the delivery of the 24/7/365 service and will provide operational support. The role of Residential Life Deputy Manager will include deputising responsibilities for the Residential Life Duty Manager in their absence. Residential Life Deputy Managers will be required to work an annualised roster of 4 on 4 off. Working in partnership with colleagues, the role will support the continuous improvement plans for the service as well as undertake individual more complex casework. The postholder will be a main point of contact for Residential Life Wellbeing Advisors to escalate student wellbeing concerns to. You should apply if You are the subject matter expert in the wellbeing of young adults and have experience working with diverse groups. Experience of line management in a formal employment setting.
