This is a fast-paced role with multiple priorities, you’ll need to deliver a welcoming and efficient service to every person we work with. You’ll need to be:
· able to multi-task and prioritise, as day to day tasks will vary, from responding to initial queries and keeping records up to date to liaising with gyms and supporting with events.
· organised, committed and interested in learning about the wider work of the organisation – we are trying to make a difference to the people who use our services.
· proficient in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
· efficient and knowledgeable about case and data management systems and can adapt to new systems easily.
You’ll also provide full admin support to the team, including taking minutes and assisting with referrals.
You will be liaising with a variety of people at all levels including partner organisations and importantly, the people who we work with, so you need to be comfortable communicating and seeing projects through to completion.
You’ll be employed by Via, however, you’ll be joining an amazing team based at REORG working with veterans, military, and emergency services personnel to help improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
Location
Home based with some travel to Richmond.
