THG Beauty Media is a full, 360 partnership marketing offering. Utilising THG insights and analytics, we collaborate with our brands to design highly targeted, bespoke campaigns with proven ROI, focused around our joint objectives.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Retail Media Executive sits across the retail commercial function of beauty; working with the Buying, Trading, Channel Marketing & Design on a daily basis to execute brand funded campaigns, which will give any candidate an incredible foundation in Retail/eCommerce within all disciplines. Successful candidates will exude an entrepreneurial spirit and have a good balance of both creative and commercial skills. They must be exceptionally presentable; as they will be ambassadors for the Hut Group's growing portfolio of premium, luxury and Lifestyle retail brands.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years experienced sales/marketing professional
- Educated to Graduate level
- Intermediate level of Excel/ Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry paired with some experience within marketing
- Strong organisational skills
- Proven end-to-end sales and marketing skills – prospecting, pipeline management, closing, negotiation, GANT chart, project tracking, execution and ROI reporting
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- A highly presentable brand ambassador
- Digitally literate
- Effective communication and presenting skills, both face-to-face and written.
- Detail and process oriented
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist on the implementation of funded marketing campaigns across the group's beauty sites.
- Support marketing analytics and performance data to for manager present in quarterly strategy meetings with brand partners.
. Ownership of activation of brand marketing within LF Retail Media inventory universe
- Pipeline management – Understand the sales lifecycle for a product set and manage clients through the pipeline. Effective administrative support of this process will help maximise sales and deliver more accurate forecasting.
- Supporting Retail Media Manager in administration of the activity execution and planning
