SalaryWe are seeking a Revenues Officer for a client based in Wales.
Requirements:
Experience of Northgate and Civica Document Management or similar ICT systems (e.g. EFINS /EROS and other external systems)
A detailed knowledge of Council Tax & Business Rates and debt recovery legislation/ court procedures & case-law, including Welsh Council Tax legislation
Knowledge of Awards and welfare benefits & other welfare awards and practices.
Knowledge of the Valuation Tribunal procedures
Knowledge of the Sundry Debt Billing and Recovery framework
A minimum of 5 GCSE's grade A to C, or equivalent including English and Mathematics
Desirable:
IRRV(technician) or equivalent qualification
Contract length: 3 months with possibility of extension
Location: Remote
Rate: £negotiable
