Reward Analyst 3 Month Fixed Term Contract - £40.000 - £45.000 West London
We are working with an education provider in recruiting for a Reward Analyst for a 3 month Fixed Term Contract in West London
This will require two days on site and three days working from home
The salary range is £40.000 - £45.000 on a PAYE Basis
You will be working with in a busy and experienced HR operations team with lots of expertise around you
You will comfortable with HR data to add extra capacity to the team to lead and deliver on a number of self-contained small but detailed projects involving large sets of data.
Key Activities
- The focus of the role will be split across three areas:
- Complete a complex Gender Pay Gap Report - Deadline in March 2024
- To undertake an audit of historical payroll data
- To undertake an audit of historical pension data
Experience needed
Notable work experience as a Reward Analyst ( not just part of HR Duties)
Previous experience working with data including data collection, validation, and organization.
Previous experience in the handling of pay data, pension data or gender pay gap
Experience in manipulating data in Excel and using Excel (or other tools) to audit data without line-by-line manual effort
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Please note that Planned interviews will be taking place between the 29th and 31st of Jan - this should be a one stage interview on site
