Job description
Applications are invited for the post of Communications Data Investigator within HQ Crime's CDIU - Covert Operations Section based at Hutton Headquarters.
The purpose of this role is to maintain and develop the operation of the Communications Data Investigation Unit for the benefit of the Force and to act as Force expert in respect of all aspects of communications intelligence, in order to assist investigations into all levels of criminality.
The role requires an element of shift work, providing midnight to 8am on-call every eight weeks.
Flexible working on flexi time and a combination of office and home working is available with this role. The successful candidate will be required to work in accordance with the attached rota.
Please be aware there is a minimum 5 year UK residency required for Management Vetting.
