A great opportunity to work for a successful manufacturing business and contribute to their continued growth and success. Working as part of the administration team you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming enquiries direct to personal emails and phone
- Complete CRM tasks e.g proformas/quotes/orders on sage 200
- Processing payments and VAT invoices
- Update order sheets
- General admin support
- Provide customers with updates on their orders
- Liaise with the warehouse manager to resolve any issues
Experience skills required:
- Proven track record in administration support
- Organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Interest in technical product details
- Good written communication skills
- IT literate
- Team focussed
Hours of work:
08.30 - 17.30 - Monday - Thursday 08.30 - 17.00 Friday
