Our client based in Bristol are seeking a temporary Sales Administrator to join their team for the next 6 months, this is with a view it could extend after this. This role will involve responding to customer enquiries over the phone and email and processing their requests. This role would suit someone with previous sales experience, there is no cold calling but there will be targets and deadlines to meet!
Duties:
- Building relationships with other sites who send through customer requests
- Processing requests in line with company policy ensuring information is accurate
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Manage complaints and direct to relevant person
- Ensure documentation held on file is accurate
- Use the database and internal system to input data
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role
- Strong communication skills
- Experience building relationships with customers
- Available immediately to start a new role
