Sales Administrator

Our client in central Gloucester is looking for someone new to join their lovely team on a temp to perm basis.

Duties include but not limited to;

• Communicating with clients via telephone, email or face to face.
• Monitoring and responding to web/emails in a timely manner.
• Following up on quotations.
• Raising sales orders.
• Raising purchase orders.
• Liaise with clients cross-selling and up sell based on their purchasing history.

Skills required;

• Previous sales administration and data inputting experience.
• Confident working with Microsoft office applications (Excel and Word)
• Knowledge of Sage/raising purchase orders.
• Ability to use basic measuring equipment.
• Previous experience working in the engineering, or the automotive trade sector would be useful but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm

Friday: 8am - 3:30pm
