Our client in central Gloucester is looking for someone new to join their lovely team on a temp to perm basis.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Communicating with clients via telephone, email or face to face.
- Monitoring and responding to web/emails in a timely manner.
- Following up on quotations.
- Raising sales orders.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Liaise with clients cross-selling and up sell based on their purchasing history.
Skills required;
- Previous sales administration and data inputting experience.
- Confident working with Microsoft office applications (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of Sage/raising purchase orders.
- Ability to use basic measuring equipment.
- Previous experience working in the engineering, or the automotive trade sector would be useful but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8am - 3:30pm
