Sales Administrator

I am currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable Sales Administrator to work closely with clients and distributors UK wide. You must be able to build rapport with ease and have a naturally inquisitive nature to develop and grow accounts through regular contact. You also need to manage realistic expectations, be exceptionally organised and have a strong team work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate to customers/distributors via phone call, email, and face to face.
• Provide support to Head of Sales.
• Produce quotes, process customer orders, and manage requests.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Manage invoicing queries.
• Update and cleanse the customer database.
• Support the organisation with trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings with the marketing team.

To be considered you must:

• Strong relationship builder.
• Positive attitude.
• IT Literate.
• Be well organised and have excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Someone who is determined and has initiative.

Experience:

• Customer Service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Excel experience knowledge is a must.
