Venatu are hiring an internal Sales and customer service representive for our well established client located in Leeds.
The hours of work are Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm + Friday 8am - 4pm
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Inputting of customers’ orders onto a computer system using Sage
- Dealing with customers enquiries/queries on the telephone
- Communicating with warehouse staff
- Dealing with email orders, quotations and enquiries
- Planning transport delivery routes
- Updating of customer information
- Credit Control
Skills Required:
- Positive attitude & motivated
- Friendly & keen to learn
- Organised
- Ability to use own initiative
- Computer literate (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to work alone or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail
