Sales Associate (Full-Time)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Associates to join our BAPE team at our new store in London.

BAPE is a leading premium streetwear brand that offers iconic designs and original patterns such as "BAPE® CAMO", "BAPE STA™", "SHARK HOODIE" and "BABY MILO®". In its global expansion, BAPE now has presence worldwide in the US, UK, China and various Asian countries. Best-known for its unique collaborations, it is highly supported by a wide range of fashionistas.

As a member of the BAPE retail team, you will serve as an ambassador of the BAPE brand and help us keep our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and brand experience at our retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer brand service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Meet and exceed sales target goals and develop professional sales technique
• Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandise, collections and brand history to maximise sales opportunity
• Actively maintain house keeping, cleanliness and visual standards of the store (including, but not limited to; replenishing stock, organising shop floor merchandise, checking tags, etc.)
• Assist in preparation for in-store release and marketing events
• Contribute to the team’s working environment by adhering to the company’s policies and procedures
• Organise and maintain the inventory area in a systematic manner on a daily basis
• Participate on monthly inventory count
• Communicate any potential health, safety, or material loss situations to store management
• Frequently required to stand. May be required to crouch, kneel, lift and/or move up to 50lbs, climb ladders as needed

Personal qualities & qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or service role
• Previous experience working in Department Store is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Track record of understanding and delivering of instructions and policy
• Team player and committed to contributing towards a positive work environment and culture
• Consistently punctual and reliable
• Able to be flexible with work schedule (expected to work weekends and evenings)
