Role Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a sale and marketing team and ensuring the smooth operation. You will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating sales activities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Coordinate sales activities, including following up on leads, tracking sales progress, and generating sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
