Job Description/Responsibilities:
- You will assist with the processing of sales enquiries via telephone and email bookings.
- You will also assist in coordinating Sales activity between our European offices.
- Bookings will include individuals, groups and bespoke enquiries.
- Processing payments, receipting, and updating bookings and events accordingly.
- We will train you to understand how we package Worldwide Events
- Attend Worldwide events in PR/Representation capacity where required including travel overseas to events.
- Ensuring all records and files are kept up to date and accurate
- Customer Database management via our new CRM system
Experience required:
- Experience working in the travel or sports industry is preferable.
- Good sales skills with an ability to demonstrate previous successes.
- Strong Commercial acumen.
- Competent understanding of Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good level of knowledge of our featured sports particularly mass participation endurance events would be an advantage for this role.
- Confident telephone manner.
