The Sales executive’s responsibilities will include as below.
- Overseeing and coordinating the activities of sales and related workers.
- Monitoring work schedules to meet sales and productivity targets.
- Discussing customer requirements and advising them on the capabilities and limitations of the goods or services being sold.
- Quoting prices, providing credit details, confirming delivery dates, and arranging payment arrangements. Also, arranging for delivery and installation of goods if appropriate.
- Making follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and to secure further orders.
- Staying abreast of advances in products and suggesting possible improvements to products or services.
- Maintaining records and accounts of sales made, as well as handling customer complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £38,700.00 per year
