They are looking for an Estate Agent who has 5 years of Estate Agency experience. To be considered for this Sales Manager vacancy you must be able to show above target performance, winning instructions and gaining market share. You must have experience of bringing on new instructions.

Sales Manager:

• Generating and conducting market appraisals
• Winning instructions
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Ensuring office targets are being met and exceeded
• Experience in both sales and lettings
• Experience of increasing market share
• Must be strong market share winner
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and people management experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience of managing a team is essential
• Desire and success in winning new business
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Full UK Driving License and own car required
