Centre Point Recruitment is now recruiting on behalf of a very successful estate agency that is looking to recruit a Sales Managerto lead their high-performing sales team.
Within this role you will be guiding and inspiring the dedicated Sales Consultants toward unparalleled success, working with opulent properties in a prestigious area of central London, and liaising with esteemed clientele.
Main responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and empower our team of Sales Consultants, fostering growth and excellence.
- Craft and execute effective sales strategies, driving growth and ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our sales targets.
- Forge and nurture robust client relationships, surpassing their expectations and delivering unmatched service.
- Stay one step ahead by staying attuned to the local property market dynamics, competition, and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market appraisals for potential clients, providing expert advice on property valuations, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Oversee the meticulous process of listing and promoting properties, ensuring captivating property descriptions, impeccable visuals, and engaging virtual tours.
- Personally handle intricate negotiations and transactions, securing the best possible outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
- Prepare regular, insightful reports on team performance, sales achievements, and market insights for our directors’ consideration.
- Uphold meticulous adherence to all AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, pertinent laws, industry standards, and ethical practices.
- Take charge of the entire conveyancing process for property transactions, ensuring smooth and timely progress. Liaise with solicitors and conveyancers to resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
- Foster strong relationships with property sellers and buyers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process, including conveyancing and financing aspects.
Key requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of residential property sales within a prestigious location, including at least 2 years as a Sales Manager.
- Able to demonstrate a stellar track record of consistently surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management acumen.
- Superb communication and negotiation prowess.
- A tenacious results-oriented approach, always prioritising client satisfaction.
Location: Central London
Hours: 8:45am-6:00pm Mon-Fri, 10:00am-4:00pm Sat (1 in 3)
Package: Negotiable, but as a guide this role will pay a basic salary of c.£45-50k along with additional commission taking overall earnings to c.£100k.
Driving licence: Not required.
Annual leave: 23 days (rising with each year of service) plus Bank Holidays
