The Role:
A global luxury furniture designer known for their stylish and contemporary products are looking for a Sales Manager to join their close-knit and friendly London team.
This role will amalgamate managing new business (B2B) across a range of sectors such as hospitality and commercial, whilst also managing ongoing contracts and ensuring client satisfaction is maintained to the highest level. With heavy involvement in the full sales to delivery cycle, you will be key to ensuring seamless project delivery and client relationships with notable brand names is upheld. The role would suit someone with a previous sales or business development background or someone who has previous experience in the A&D sector who is looking to work in a more client focused, project management role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new B2B business opportunities and pipelines
- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring customer service is maintained to a high-level
- Lead at client meetings
- Manage quotes and proposals
- Project management – ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Work closely with other team members and senior management to bring forward ideas on growing the client base and brand audience
- Attend UK and overseas industry events and potential client meetings
- Liaise with overseas support teams, factories, marketing, finance and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly
- Work closely with the London team to ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest standard
Key Skills:
- Strong BD/client management experience within the furniture industry/built environment
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Excellent networking and client-facing skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong interest and knowledge of the design industry
