SalaryMy client an independent agency is currently looking for a Sales Negotiator in South East London to work around the Eltham and Sydenham areas
Working hours:
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday - Saturday with a day off in lieu
The successful Property Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary of up to £20,000
- OTE of £45,000
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- Being a team player
- Demonstrating self-motivation
- Experience working in an estate agency setting
- Work well under pressure
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Professional and well presented
- Driving license and own vehicle
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Generate and book market appraisals for our branch manager
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Maintain and give all relevant feedback to vendors
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Schedule appointments and refer clients to our in house mortgage broker (additional commissions available)
- Contribute to the general running of the sales department
