Form of workWe are recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator, for a well established Estate Agency based in Chobham. Working within a friendly team, this role would be well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in property and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
You will work closely with the team to assist with the daily tasks and objectives set and helping the team to achieve agreed targets.
Senior Negotiator - Responsibilities:
- Delivery of a great customer experience
- Tenaciously seeking and creating new business.
- Conducting viewings and securing sales
- Progression of the sale
- Ensure all cross-selling opportunities are achieved.
- Uphold and maintain company and industry standards.
Senior Negotiator - Requirements:
- Knowledge of Estate Agency
- Proficient in all Microsoft programmes
- Excellent sales skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Hunger to succeed.
- Full UK Driving licence
- Self-motivated and determined to achieve results against agreed performance indicators.
