Good academic qualifications: A level or Degree.

Responsibilities
Handling requests from clients, i.e. providing pricing and then conducting commercial negotiations where appropriate.
Responsible for the co-ordination, monitoring , provision of loan of demonstration equipment.
Supporting the sales team.
Keeping all other company records and systems up to date and accurate.
When required, to organise all sales engineers and internal engineer
visits

Responsible for the co-ordination, provision and monitoring of loan equipment.
Supporting the sales team.
Providing customer service to our clients, handling their requests.
Key Activities
Handling requests from clients, i.e. providing pricing and then conducting commercial negotiations where appropriate.
Explaining our product brochures and information to customers and providing advice where appropriate.
Progressing all sales leads to secure the business, or when necessary to investigate why the business was not successful.
Responsible for the co-ordination, monitoring , provision of loan of equipment.
Filtering incoming enquiries (these can be telephone, e-mail, website, fax, letter, advert, other) and direct these to the relevant sales engineer.
Providing support to field sales engineers and internal engineer (send quotes, technical information, call customers, etc.), when they are out of the office.
Providing customer service to our clients by dealing with their requests promptly.
Sending appropriate literature to satisfy customer requests.
Helping to resolve any customer logistical problems, such as late
delivery, lost goods, etc.
Keeping all customer files and the company CRM system up to date.
