Joining a global organisation in their Watford office this is a great role for an experienced Administrator.
Purpose of this busy and varied role is to provide Sales Support and company administration for the UK office.
Responsibilities include:
*Commercial Support, first point of contact for customers (B2B)
*Contact point for supporting Account Managers, and supporting the Country Manager and Account Managers with preparing Agreements
*Accounts / Finance support with payments and overdue payments, credit notes and Partner bonus, warranties and expenses.
*Supporting Technical Support Manager with organising Training Courses
* Support HR by maintaining holiday and sickness records
*Maintenance of car fleet
*Organising catering for office meetings, hotels for meetings and assisting with organising corporate events including road shows and conferences
*Ensuring website is up to date with Partner details
* Manage and maintain Health & Safety policies and liaise with external agencies as required
