Circa GBP30,000 per annum + GBP1,000 annual bonus Monday-Friday / Full-time 28 days holiday + bank holidays + many more benefits including private healthcare and gym membership subsidy.You will be based at their offices in Yeadon, Leeds (LS19), in the role of Sales Support and Customer Service Coordinator, you will liaise with customers and support the sales team, handling enquiries, processing orders, and organising the delivery of products to customers in the UK and Europe.As this is a new team, everyone is learning together, and systems and processes are still being implemented. Whilst there is huge potential for growth within the business, the successful individual will need to have patience and be able to adapt to change whilst the company goes through early growing pains.Sales Support and Customer Service Coordinator responsibilities: Generating of sales orders and order processing. Liaising with logistics and Customers on delivery dates and order fulfilment schedules. Be a point of contact for incoming calls and emails, requests and enquiries. Producing reports and updates on customer orders. Internal communication with sales and other departments.Experience: Previous experience in a similar Customer Service / Sales Support role is essential. Excellent IT skills and able to learn new systems quickly. High attention to detail and good planning and organising skills.
