As Sales Support Coordinator based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building rapport with your customers as you will be a single point of contact- to support orders from these key accounts, ensuring you are providing an excellent service throughout
- Processing orders, receiving quote requests and handling queries
- Daily communications with branch colleagues, suppliers and your customers so confidence talking to people is a key part of the job
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Excellent customer relationship building skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment
- Confident talking to internal and external stakeholders
