Role Summary
As a Customer Support Sales Manager, you will be joining the central Customer Support team, contributing to the running and promotion of programmes and initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Be responsible for the operational management of programmes including Accessories Sales Management, Physical, Digital and Lifestyle E-commerce, and Service Retention Consultancy, reporting directly to client stakeholders.
- Lead and provide coaching for team members to ensure good performance and target achievement at all levels, including supporting new processes and adapting them to business priorities, as well as supporting specific teams within the programme to improve results.
- Regularly communicate with key Customer Support, Sales and Marketing stakeholders within the client organisation on relevant performance metrics, related programmes, and support topics.
- Lead regular review meetings with data reporting analysts on performance metrics and ways to improve business outcomes.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance sales and customer retention performance within their network and through direct channels, as well as compiling best practices related to Customer Support topics and developing innovative business development initiatives.
- Provide dynamic project management and stakeholder alignment, contributing to ongoing Customer Support projects as well as coordinating and leading regular programme meetings to monitor performance and progress.
Required Experience
- Strong aftersales background with knowledge of the latest trends in the automotive and sales industries.
- 5+ years of experience within the automotive, Customer Support, and/or project management and coordination field.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret dashboard data and KPI metrics to interpret monthly reports as well as experience suggesting areas of improvement.
- Ability to communicate clearly and escalate when relevant.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
