Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm (4pm finish on Friday)
£26,000pa plus sales commission
Our client, a small, successful and extremely friendly company based in Southam, are looking for an individual to cover both internal sales account handling and general customer service queries.
The key responsibilities:
- Processing orders over a system, phone or email
- Managing customer accounts
- Upselling to current customers as well as outbound calls of current and potential new customers
- Managing the CRM system
- Providing product advice and maintenance of customer records
Minimum requirements:
- Proven track record in both sales and customer service
- Good with systems - experience with internal and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills
The ideal candidate:
- Good numeracy skills
- Personable and enthusiastic
- Great team player and willing to lend a helping hand
- Comfortable working to deadlines and targets
