Permanent

Southam based

Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm (4pm finish on Friday)

£26,000pa plus sales commission

Our client, a small, successful and extremely friendly company based in Southam, are looking for an individual to cover both internal sales account handling and general customer service queries.

The key responsibilities:

  • Processing orders over a system, phone or email
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Upselling to current customers as well as outbound calls of current and potential new customers
  • Managing the CRM system
  • Providing product advice and maintenance of customer records

Minimum requirements:

  • Proven track record in both sales and customer service
  • Good with systems - experience with internal and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills

The ideal candidate:

  • Good numeracy skills
  • Personable and enthusiastic
  • Great team player and willing to lend a helping hand
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and targets
