School Administrator

YSA Education are recruiting for a School Administrator to work in a vibrant and welcoming Nuneaton School.

Job Details – School Administrator

Hours will be 08.00 – 16.00

This is a busy and varied role with duties to include but not limited to:

• Answering phone enquiries in a friendly and confident manner
• Typing letters and assisting with all types of correspondence
• Liaising with students, parents and carers, and members of the public
• Support senior leadership team and assist with smooth running of the office
• Covering Reception area when needed
• Manage and maintain the School Information Management System (SIMS).
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of student and staff data.
• Provide support to teaching and administrative staff in the use of SIMS.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the school.

Person Specification – School Administrator

· Experience in a school environment as an Administrator, or in similar setting.

· Be able demonstrate leadership and team working ability, and effectively communicate within the team

This is full-time position that has the potential to be a permanent role for the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
