Kingston, with onsite parking

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Start date: Asap!

Daily duties include:

• Be responsible for the management of the First Aid provision within the school
• Manage school admissions throughout the academic year
• Maintain accurate pupil records both manually and electronically
• Completion of the School Census and other relevant DfE and Trust returns
• Management of an efficient Reception Office space, ensuring all enquiries or requests for assistance are dealt with professionally and efficiently
• Maintain relationships with the wider community including other schools and external organisations
• Responsibility for the recording of staff absence, in accordance with the staff absence policy
• To arrange interviews and interview schedules
• Completion of statistical and census reports
• Maintain the waiting list and oversee the admissions for Nursery
• Organise and manage the visits of prospective parents to the school
• Check attendance daily, manage online registration through SIMS or generic system and monitor pupil absence
• Gather and maintain information of pupils entitled to free school meals

Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Experience within an education environment
• To have the ability to prioritise and work accurately
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, SIMS and Arbor
• Understand the importance of safeguarding within a school environment
