Semi Senior Accountant

Joining as a Semi Senior Accountant, you will take responsibility for the hands on preparation of accounts, tax and wider ranging responsibilities for a mixed and varied client base of primarily limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. There will be study support on offer for those pursuing qualifications. There will be increasing responsibility on offer, developing your technical accounting and potential to progress within the team and firm.

Description

By joining the Nottingham offices as a Part qualified ACA/ACCA Semi Senior you will take on increasing responsibility for the hands on preparation of year end accounts, tax and wider general practice services to a mixed and wide ranging client base, entirely mouldable around the background and preferences of the right professionals (So for instance this can be 100% accounts/tax focused, or could also involve some audit (should the right candidate bring audit skills, with interest to utilise these skills moving forward). There will be scope to carve a key position within this growing office and progress in your career. You will be developed and encouraged to progress technically within this environment and the role offers an excellent opportunity for the right professional looking to further their career in the profession.

Profile

You may be part or fully AAT qualified, or you may be studying ACA/ACCA from a background of preparing accounts/tax etc within accountancy practice, working with wide ranging sole trader, partnership and limited company clients. You will have developed your career to around the Semi Senior Accountant levels and will have a career background within accountancy practice so far and be looking to join a growing, successful firm of accountants where you can see the chance to develop your career within a forward moving firm of accountants.

Job Offer

Circa £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience, background and level of the right professional. Plus benefits such as hybrid working are available.
