Key Responsibilities: 

• Advanced Bookkeeping (Experience with Quickbooks and Xero is a must)
• Year-end accounts for companies
• VAT and corporation tax returns
• Personal tax returns
• Bank, PAYE, and VAT reconciliations
• Fixed assets and depreciation
• Accruals and prepayments
• Filing VAT returns to HMRC
• Year-end journals
• Payroll
• Management account preparation to review stage
• Feedback to junior staff
• Liaising with clients by phone, email, Zoom
• Task delegation and deadline management
• Achieving quantity and quality KPIs as set out by the business

Skills and Qualifications: 

To succeed at GrowthPad, you should have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience at an accounting firm
• AAT, Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW (or similar)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Professional and well-presented
• High attention to detail
