Salary £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus
Leading UK based Events and Communications agency are looking for a Senior Account Manager who assumes responsibility for the delivery of a portfolio of client conferences, awards & incentives and communications events. As the Senior Account Manager, you will take complete ownership of client management, all communications and event delivery.
You will be the lead on various projects, inspiring creativity, content and engagement. Organising and facilitating creative meetings, enabling and overseeing creative content solutions for the whole look and feel of the event.

You will be responsible for the day to day client relationships and driving the success of the conference and events
Managing a small team Event Executives and Production Executives, creating and inspiring them to perform at their best and enabling their personal training and development.
You will need to be an experienced Account Manager within an events production agency or Event Manager with a minimum of 4 years event production experience in an agency environment and be able to demonstrate an impressive portfolio of successful conferences and award events

Whilst based from the London office this is a hybrid role with flexibility around 2/3 days WFH and the office.

Salary is basic salary between £40,000 - 45,000 + Bonus and excellent holiday scheme and company benefits
