To thrive in this role, you'll be:
- A qualified ACA or ACCA with a practice background.
- Knowledgeable in accounts preparation and taxation for owner-managed businesses.
- Possess experience with support and investment schemes for business growth (a plus).
- An excellent communicator with a talent for client care and development and strong commercial awareness.
- Adept at staff management, training, and development (for Client Manager role).
- Familiar with digital accounting systems and cloud software.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accounts, corporation tax, and management accounts and offering business advisory services for the practice's diverse clientele.
- Reviewing team-prepared work.
- Advising and supporting clients on business and personal tax.
- Contributing to achieving set office budgets and efficiencies while maintaining client satisfaction.
