As for hours and days, there is flexibility in the number of hours and how you split those hours across the week. Maybe you'll want to work the hours after school drop and pick up. The FD is happy to work around you.

As for the role, this is where your interest and experience in having a broad role will be useful. A mixture of supporting month end, transactional finance and finance systems/dat support make this a really varied role!

The role covers:

- Supporting the FC in the month-end accounts process

- MIS support. Ad hoc data analysis and data reporting as requested by the finance and wider teams. The company use a bespoke Mangement Information System

- Support the FC around budget management as well as spend analysis

- Supporting the invoicing and purchase order processing process alongside the Finance Assistant

- Financial Accounts incl VAT Returns, collate information to help with the stat accounts process, balance sheet recs.

Whether you are AAT qualified, CIMA/ACCA part qualified or qualified by experience, your actual experience is more important.
