Senior Administrator - 6-month fixed term contract

I am looking for a senior Administrator for a prestigious client of mine. The ideal candidate will be a talented multitasker who is detail-oriented, understands the broader operation, and is adept at supporting it.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Executive Team, staff, and key governance stakeholders.
- Advise colleagues on governance procedures and systems, suggesting the best ways to handle different issues.
- Assist in transitioning governance and risk operations to online platforms, acting as the internal point of contact.
- Manage the timeline of governance programme activities in an annual plan, ensuring all activities are delivered.
- Provide governance updates and Committee Highlights reports.
- Schedule and manage meetings, including Board and Committee meetings, ensuring they are within budget.
- Work closely with the Executive and Chair of the Board to create agendas and manage papers.
- Take responsibility for minutes and capturing actions with timelines, ensuring follow-through.
- Draft NDA’s and manage the governance inbox, adhering to SLAs.
- Track committee expenses and prepare reports.
- Format information for communication – emails, presentations, reports.
- Collaborate with employees, the Executive team, and stakeholders.
- Prepare corporate documents and coordinate event logistics.
- Support the judging process for awards and manage contract review requests and databases.
- Assist in recruitment administration and provide updates for governance pages on the company website.
- Manage renewals for certificates and memberships and review and manage policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Business Administration/Management qualification is preferable.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Fanatical attention to detail and outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding stakeholder management ability.
- Proactive self-starter with a flexible, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to prioritise and respond to changing demands.
- Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
