Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise the Track order & dispatch software for efficient management of daily operations.
- Work closely with customers to exceed their expectations and address any concerns promptly.
- Conduct office administration tasks, including accurate data entry, filing, and invoicing.
- Identify optimal pallet fill opportunities and manage distribution strategies.
- Manage and document issues, particularly damaged goods, and complete necessary insurance forms.
- Analyse opportunities for process improvement and lead cross-functional development of solutions.
- Drive implementation of solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Promote and optimise European pallet services.
- Handle customer service inquiries via emails, calls, and web messages.
- Collect and account for all Proof of Deliveries from Pallet Track.
- Monitor and follow up on outbound deliveries at scheduled times.
- Download jobs from the web portal, update collections board, and manage 3rd party collections.
- Timely job entry, ensuring proper rates are assigned, and all jobs are added to the board promptly.
- Scan customer paperwork, driver deliveries, and run sheets.
- Undertake additional duties contributing to the smooth running of the business.

- Previous experience in logistics would be advantageous.
