Aon Business Services’ Chief of Staff and Risk Officer is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to support the team’s broad scope of responsibilities, including ABS coordination, governance, reporting, risk management, change activity, and communications.

What the day will look likeThe role and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Chief of Staff in all aspects of coordination and governance within ABS
- Supporting analysis and reporting of risk management and mitigation activities
- Contributing to the scheduling, agenda development and meeting content of key ABS forums
- Organising site visits, consolidating meeting content in coordination with ABS leaders and their teams
- Preparing background/slides/backup material for key meetings and presentations/briefings
- Participating in ABS/Aon change and other programmes in support of the Chief of Staff
- Gathering, managing, defining and validating business requirements from multiple stakeholders for development and implementation of solutions to support critical ABS activities
- Analysing data, designing solutions, and managing plans to support resolution of issues and/or new initiatives
- Monitoring activities to ensure goals and benchmarks are achieved in line with ABS targets
- Supporting cross-ABS and Aon global collaboration by developing strong working relationships with critical stakeholders
- Supporting the implementation of communication plans and materials including coordination of town halls and workshops
- Senior Business Analyst experience
- Insurance industry experience is essential
- Experience of working in a large multinational operating across geographies is a distinct advantage
