Seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive our firmwide Private Capital group while supporting the tax and rewards practice area. Collaborate with senior leadership to strategise and execute initiatives, enhancing the firm's market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans, ensuring alignment with firm objectives.
- Lead marketing campaigns and client events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic support for pitch activities, including opportunity analysis and post-pitch debriefs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
